13 top tools that I use for my business, by Victoria Garlick, Founder and CEO

There are so many tools that we can use in our business to help with all aspects of our business management. I use many different tools for the day- to-day running of air events global and get asked this frequently, so have listed out the main tools that I use below. Please note, none of this is affiliate based or sponsored.

Skype – for international calls with leads/clients. We buy Skype credits and then can ring client’s mobile numbers. This is an excellent way to communicate without having to be face to face.

Zoom – for video conferencing. This is such an easy resource and again you can buy credits to use. Most clients expect us to have this tool, so it’s a good one to access now if you haven’t already.

17 Hats – we use for contracts, however 17 Hats gives you a suite of functions to use from information gathering, proposals, contracts and invoicing.

Many Chat – for bot campaigns and funnels. It let’s you create a Facebook Messenger bot for marketing, sales and support and the best part, it’s free.

Sprout Social – tracking, management ad reporting of content clients and is great to integrate with social platforms and network such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Schedule Once – our sales calendar booking system that is a field-proven solution for powering online scheduling with potential clients and customers.

Swydo – this is an automated daily report that is sent out to our clients so they can see how they are tracking. A client in Swydo represents one of your clients in real life. There are no limits on the amount of reports, projects or connections you create per client. Swydo does not access, store or share data that you collect via the API connection with your data sources, so it is the perfect tool for us.

Xero and MYOB – for the accounting of air events global.

Stripe and Assembly – for payment collection.

Google Docs – this is used everyday for proposals, briefing documents, production schedules and scope of works.

WordPress – the air events global website is a WordPress site.

Loom – to screen record videos (for example, we send out a video instruction to our users on how to use www.aireventsglobal.com and to answer any questions that they may have.

ClickFunnels – I left the best for last, as Click Funnels is a tool that we use daily to build funnels for clients and ourselves. It is extremely easy to use and we can build up to 20 funnels at anytime.

This is just scratching the surface, as there are a myriad of tools you can use. Try them for yourself and I’d love to know your thoughts: victoria@aireventsglobal.com
