Job Description: Leverage Management Solutions and Northern Suburbs Rugby Football Club require 4 - 6 super enthusiastic people to assist at a Gala lunch to be held at Doltone House, Darling Island Wharf from 12pm – 4pm on Friday, 28 June 2019. The event crew will be responsible for the following tasks: • Styling of the event on the day (helping sponsors add their goods to the tables) • Assisting guests – helping with finding tables etc • Selling of raffle tickets throughout the afternoon • Looking after VIP tables / guests • Overseeing a silent auction You will be required at the venue from 10:30am – 4:00pm. Lunch will be provided. The event is in support of the Northern Suburbs Rugby Football Club and will feature some great entertainment. We are after you if you are: • Outgoing with personality • A quick thinker • Like interacting with people • Have initiative • Are honest and trustworthy • Have an interest in community events or a passion for sport

Date / Time Specifications: Once off event, 10:30am - 4pm onsite role for 4 - 6 people.

Job Description: In the lead-up to the event during the week beginning 1 April, I require an events professional who can: – Do a venue visit so we can work out directional signs needed etc and problem solve any space issues – Collecting printing and bringing it to the venue – Arrange easels for the day – Make sure all equipment (screens, AV, etc) at the venue works – Checking the event checklist, run sheet (I still need to make this up) and printing list to see if there's anything crucial we've missed or haven't thought of (e.g. name badges) – Bring stuff to the venue on Saturday 6 April (e.g. printing, easels etc) so it's ready for Monday morning. – Run through proceedings with me at the venue on Saturday 6 April. On the day of the conference, I will require in-person assistance at the venue, including: – help with room set up and pack down – event co-ordination – taking registrations – directing people – bringing out food and water at appropriate times – ensuring the smooth running of proceedings – helping with pack down.

Date / Time Specifications: The conference is on Monday 8 April. Including providing assistance at the conference, this will be approximately 2–3 days' work in total.

Some wedding experience is desirable however training will be provided onsite. Ive entered the hours for 4th May wedding but working hours may vary for the different dates. Minimum 5-6hrs with some days can be 10-12hrs.
